At the beginning of the new year and the Tishrei holidays, we held a number of events for the center's staff and volunteers. As part of a formation day, we were hosted by the leaders of the Druze Zionist Movement in Israel and raised a glass in honor of the new year. We held a cooking workshop to mark the Tishrei holidays, and built a traditional Iraqi sukkah in the inner courtyard of the Museum.

Inside a restored sukkah from Iraq, a group of children dressed in white galabiyas and red men tarboosh hats is sitting on a wooden bench. White sheets decorated with lace serve as the walls of the sukkah.
